SIB SRL

SFPL has strengthened its European presence through collaboration with SIB SRL, an Italian company known for providing high-quality aluminium scrap recycling equipment used to recover aluminium from various types of scrap, including chips, UBC, tense scrap, castings, and more.

HORMESA

HORMESA is a Spanish company specializing in the manufacture of Furnace for die casting in non-ferrous metal foundries. SWASTIK has partnered with HORMESA to expand its presence in the die-casting business segment in the Indian market.

GILLESPIE & POWERS, USA

We have established project based technical collaboration with GILLESPIE & POWERS, USA, for manufacturing of high-capacity Aluminium Melting-Holding Furnaces above 60 Tons to cater to Indian & Middle Eastern Markets.

SECO/WARWICK ALLIED PVT. LTD., (SWAPL)

SFPL has acquired the Indian subsidiary, M/s. Seco Warwick Allied Pvt. Ltd. (SWAPL), of M/s. Seco Warwick Corporation, Poland, which specializes in the manufacturing of including Bell Annealing, Bright Annealing, Continuous Processing lines, and Related equipment.

Well qualified & efficient team comprising of more than 125+ in corporate office and approx. 175 people working at various sites.

Electrical Panel Manufacturing Unit
Location – Thane, Span 1100 Sq. Ft.
The Factories have separate divisions for fabrication, painting, testing, machining, and assembly. Our factories are well equipped with a material handling & testing system.
